Every Sunuser installation is tailor-made to suit your property and lifestyle. We have been MCS accredited since 2010 (MCS No: NIC 1168) – the Microgeneration Certification Scheme is a mark of quality and demonstrates compliance to industry standards. We adhere to their stringent requirements and use only the very best components to create an installation that excels in its quality and durability. This ensures maximum efficiency in terms of system performance and benefit to our customers.
We have a team of experienced personnel consisting of highly trained technical support staff including a Technical Manager, a Service and Technical Co-ordinator, Surveyors/Service Engineers and Administrative Staff. This ensures that every stage of your installation runs smoothly and that your installation is to the highest standard.
We are confident about the quality of our products and workmanship and guarantee all our solar installations for 2 years. All our solar panels have a 10 Year Manufacturer’s Warranty and the PV modules have a 25 year Performance Warranty we know will be honoured.
The workmanship on our Sunuser Twin Water Softeners is guaranteed for 12 months, there is a 1 year product guarantee and a 10 Year Manufacturer’s Parts Guarantee. Our professional water softeners have been built to run for a minimum of 20 years – they excel both in quality and durability and don’t require servicing.
We have been members of RECC (Renewable Energy Consumer Code) since February 2011 – we abide by the Renewable Energy Consumer Code, which is backed by the Trading Standards Institute, to attain a high standard of customer service. We’ve also been an accredited Green Deal Installer since May 2013.
