Helping existing solar thermal customers
In 2014, Sunuser reported upgrading existing solar hot-water systems by replacing their roof collectors. The work included systems originally installed by Sunuser and systems fitted by other companies.
The original account described customers returning after years of use to discuss an upgrade. It also described bringing the systems covered by that work up to the standards then applicable, with the office providing support through the process.
Looking after a system today
An older installation needs its own assessment. Tell us about the collectors, cylinder, controls and any fault so we can discuss servicing, repair or replacement options. Current equipment, scope and warranty terms are confirmed in your proposal.
