Can I have a battery without solar panels?

Yes, where the system supports grid charging. The financial case depends on the difference between your charging and usage rates, losses, battery life and installation cost.

Will a battery protect me in a power cut?

Backup is a separate design requirement. It needs compatible equipment, a suitable switching and earthing arrangement and a decision about which circuits to supply. It is not included automatically with every battery.

Can it affect my Feed-in Tariff?

The inverter and metering arrangement can matter. Tell us about your existing FIT payments before making changes so we can assess the proposed design and any requirements from your FIT provider.

Which battery brands do you offer?

We can discuss Tesla, GoodWe, Sigenergy systems according to the design and current availability. Your proposal confirms the exact model, usable storage, power and warranty.

We don’t sell you the biggest battery. We design the right battery.

A larger battery only helps if your home can use the extra storage. We weigh household consumption, peak demand, existing or future solar, EV charging, overnight charging windows and your tariff against installation cost.
