Can solar panels charge my car?
Yes, through a suitable home charging installation. The amount available depends on solar generation and other home loads. A solar-aware charger can vary its demand within its operating limits.
Do I need solar panels to install an EV charger?
No. A home charger can be installed as a standalone system. Smart scheduling may help you use a suitable lower-rate charging window even without solar.
Can I charge my EV from a home battery?
It may be possible, but an EV can quickly use a substantial amount of stored energy. We plan control priorities so charging does not unintentionally empty a battery intended for your home.
How fast will my car charge?
